Considering that each Bottled Pendant is handmade crafted, manually polished, and the material natural, please note that it is difficult to control its shape, length, width, and colour. It will be of similar characteristics as those pictured on each product display. 

 

If you do receive one with a "crack", referred to as "ice crack" - this is perfectly normal for all crystals and only exemplifies the meaning of the term, natural. Essential Oils are very much volatile substances appearing of a colourless or pastel yellow. They produce an intense odour and oily consistency that is soluble in Liquid Fats, Alcohol, or Chloroform. We acquire our Essential Oils from the MAYJAM factories - producing  Essential Oil of 100% pure plant extraction.

• Each bottle is amber brown. This will ensure the Essential Oils are fresh through limiting light degradation and rancidity. 
• Keep stored in an upright position with the cap screwed on.
• In the occurrence of spills, clean surfaces immediately.
• Protect from direct sunlight, either within the Bottled Pendant in a cool dry place or your Pendant screwed on when worn.
• NEVER use these Essential Oils internally.
• DO NOT APPLY directly to the skin. If used for massaging or warm and fragrant baths, ALWAYS dilute with Carrier Oil.
• AVOID prolonged exposure without ventilation.
• KEEP OUT of reach of children.
